The Bill (Reg.№3661) envisages the amendments to the Laws: "On Actions aimed at the provision of the stable functioning of the enterprises of the fuel and energy complex" and "On Final Process". The amendments envisaged the accomplishment of the court resolutions concerning the charge of the salary debts and renewal of the rights of the working people.
The members of the Committee stressed that the adoption of the Law "provides the realization of the presupposed by the article 43 of Constitution of Ukraine right on the in-time salary and strengthens the social protection of the workers".
